I have placed few reviews because of frustration with a business. I could not in good conscience let this go unreported. Eccovanlines in Nashville sent an undersized truck partially filled to pick up our stuff, when they again underestimated with a second truck, they charged us for the third. Amidst all the dispatcher Tommy was AWEFUL, INSENSITIVE, and UNWILLING TO ADMIT THE COMPANY"S TERRIBLE MISTAKE. He insisted on us paying much, much more than we had been quoted.
Our stuff arrived almost 14 days late, and it was in TERRIBLE shape. Everyone had been almost thrown into the van. We lost heirloom furniture, china, crystal, other kitchen and diningware. Through it all Tommy and Gail and Jillian were utterly incompotent in dealing with us.
NEVER go with the nightmare moving company-- it is a trainwreck. it will be a big big mistake. They are a fourth rate company, and you furniture will look the part once they get their hands on it.
