We received two separate quotes from Element for our move and storage. By the end of the move, our quote was 150% higher, over thousands of dollars higher than stated. In addition, customer service has ceased since payment. Incredible.

I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad expierence. Unfortunately though, I think you have the wrong company. I cannot find your information anywhere in my system nor have I received any phone calls from anyone regarding the matter.
