I had a fabulous moving experience with Element. Elle took excellent care of me pre-move, and Luis was a fabulous project manager/crew chief. He alerted me whenever an issue of concern arose and repeatedly calmed my fears I moved to a second-story apartment up a steep flight of stairs but he never let that slow him down. I highly recommend Element Moving and Storage and will use them again on future moves.
