FILE A PERMANENT COMPLAINT WITH THE GOVERNMENT!! - Moving Review

Contact the Department of Transportation-Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration www.fmcsa.dot.gov before and after your move. You can file a permanent complaint with FMCSA where they will not only investigate but will fine the company if there is wrong doing. But most importantly, if they are holding your items hostage, of which they cannot do, or you feel they will overcharge you at point of delivery, FMCSA will step in and assist you with reweighing of your items at a certified scale, for a actual final cost. There is an attorney who is looking to represent former customers for a Class-Action Lawsuit. Post your complaints here and on YELP - all complaints will be monitored. Do NOT add your address. Also, if you are really out-of-pocket expenses and you were not provided with actual documentation as outlined by the Department of Transportation, you can file a civil lawsuit against the company at Cook County Court in Chicago, IL. But make sure you report EVERYTHING to the DOT. I am still dealing with this nightmare and my actual out-of-pocket expenses are now $1,592! The company is not interested in settling against what is currently remaining. After re-weighing at the truck stop where the altercation with BPMS driver, my family and DOT official, the driver told the govt official to *&%$ OFF! and walked off without payment because their staff entered two transactions incorrectly and now the bank has frozen my checking acct while under a 45-day investigation. All of this could easily go away. Did I mention is was a NIGHTMARE!!!
