I recently used Amazon Relocation for a move in the Bronx.
For starters the crew was on time and very professional. i elected to go with a flate rate to avoid extra unknown charges. All moving material was included. The crew assisted in packing and took care to cover furniture and personal belongings. The price for the move was aproximately $850.00 for a one bedroom apartment.
With every move one can expect minor damage, even with the most carefull of crews. As was the case a bookself and glass piece were damaged, but overall i would not hesitate to call Amazon Relocation on my next move.
A bit of advice: since packing materials are included in the flat rate be sure to get the packing material in advance so you can begin to pack fragile items before the move starts. Mark all boxes and have a plan for the movers to follow.
