Salesperson low-balled the estimated weight with 5,950 pounds, most likely to just get the business. Final weight on delivery was almost double the estimate at 11,240 pounds. Salesperson said it was due to a miscalculation of some items, but I firmly believe it was an intentional miscalculation. Although the drivers/movers went above and beyond standard customer service, even showing up the night before the move to pre-pack the truck, it is the experience with the salesperson and the utter lack of providing a honest estimate that turned me off from ever using this company again, or even recommending them to anybody.
