Great moving experience - I would use again - Moving Review

I was really skeptical after booking with Neighbors / Father and Son as the day before our 2 bedroom ($590 overall price) move, I googled Neighbors (to get the phone number again to make a last minute inquiry about my quote) and came up with at least 39 different reviews on the company that were exceedingly negative.
I thought - what have I gotten myself into, these reviews are awful! I called my salesman, Joe Signorelli, who assured me that they would take good care of us and that they do over 700 moves a month nationally and not every one has a great experience. Those who don't are very vocal about it, but those who do, do not post a review.
On the day, 1/15/11, the driver called me an hour prior to the arranged 8-9am window and told us they were on their way. They arrived 15 minutes early and did not start the clock until we'd filled out all the paperwork and they were ready to start moving boxes. They did not complain (or charge us for) the 2 flights of stairs they had to go down, were in uniform, and were very professional. They moved our boxes and nice furniture efficiently and quickly and took care not to damage anything. They were personable and really nice guys.
At our new place, they unpacked the boxes / furniture where we wanted it and even gave us suggestions on where to best fit the bedroom furniture in the oddly shaped bedroom (even though it meant more work for them to rearrange the pieces).
I was very impressed and would definitely use these guys again.
Some things to watch for (with any moving company) is - the salesman said we should only require 2 movers. When the movers came, they said "wow, to get this done in 4 hours, they should have sent 3 men". It did take an extra hour and we were charged for it.
If you are moving nice wooden furniture, they do charge $50 a roll for shrink wrapping (which they recommend to protect your pieces). We had our own roll of shrink wrap ($20 at Home Depot) to avoid that cost. I'd also recommend getting your own tape (much cheaper).
