Never ever-ever use this company. We ordered full service moving on certain dates. They arrived 2 days earlier and did not know nothing about any details of original service requested, estimate, etc. The representative offered the price that was twice as big as originally agreed. We were forced to cancel the whole deal and sent them home. We were forced to make last minute arrangements for our move because of this cancellation. My husband ended up taking 2 days off the job, rented the truck and we did it entirely by ourselves... Deposit was never returned. Filled formal complaint with BBB. Avoid this company at all cost!!!
