The consultant was very friendly and kind and, believe it or not, HONEST!!! These guys dont weigh your stuff, they do an inventory list and that's where they get the price from. I felt like this method gave me a much lower price. It was at least more accurate bc I didn't pay a cent more than the quote I was given.
