Honesty - Moving Review

I wanted to submit a positive review for this company because I hesitated using them because of several bad reviews on the internet. I dealt with Donna as the person who was persistent in contacting and e-mailing me with contract proposals. She was courteous and explained what the contract covered. She booked her movers within a 3 day notice. Randolph and William showed up 3 hours past the window that was quoted but had contacted me to let me know they were running late. Both were kind, courteous and totally professional. William had 13 years of experience and I could tell as he packed the truck. They had 26 boxes and 1900 pounds of goods in the truck within 2 hours. The move cost me more because of my underestimating the weight. That was my mistake and because of it I had to pay ,80/pound for the additional weight.
They gave my son a 24 hour notice of their arrival time. There was a misunderstanding as to the amount they were to receive on the end site because they had not taken into account the initial deposit paid to paypal but Alex in the office not only credited this to me which I expected, he realized I had been charge $100 for the credit I should have received for packing material. He credited this also.
People have a tendency not to report good experiences and complain about bad but I wanted to tell your reviewers that I had an excellent experience with EXPERIENCE MOVING. All of my son's belongings arrived with NO damage. I have made many cross country moves and I could not say the same with any of my previous move. All of the individuals I dealt with were GREAT. Bravo to this small company.
