Horrible coustomer service - Moving Review

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience working with this company.  Coustomer Service does a horrible job of communicating and providng information.   My moovers arrived three hours late for pickup.  They switched my estimate from a cost per LB to a cost per square foot.  Without weighing my items it was impossible to know which would be the most cost effective way to move.  In order to clarify this switch, I contacted coustomer service during the move and was transfered to dispatch.  No one at dispatch ever picked up.   When I complained to coustomer service about how the pickup was handled they promissed somoene would get back to me.  THis never happened.   We were informed our items would arrive on sunday afternoon.  We received a call sunday saying they would acutaully arrive monday.   Fortunatly, the majoiry of our items arrived in satisfactory condtion.  This was the only part of the move that went well.  the head mover made an inventory of the damages and said I would receive an email form to fill out.   When I called several days later after not receiving this form I was told that the driver missinformed me and instead I needed to contact a claim department.  Instead of being helpful, the customer service representative said I should not have lisitined to the information provided by their own agencies moover and instead should have done a better job of reading the fine print.   I feel fortunite that my items were basically in good shape.  However, the horrible coustomer service I received means I will never use the agency again.
