Horrible Customer relations - Moving Review

The move was from TN to TX. I was promised a 10 day turnaround time and in that time, had absolutely no updates whatsoever. No consideration of my time despite 6 calls to get an update and 2 requests for a call back. The "moving" company doesn't care when you get your items, they only care about collecting the money, IMMEDIATELY. Then, you are on your own. Any disputes about delivery times and timeliness is put on an indefinite hold (currently waiting 23 minutes for a supervisor at the moment of this review). If you want frustrations and no customer service, then pick this company. Otherwise, stay VERY FAR AWAY!!
