This was probably the worse move to date. I made a point to ask the salesman to give me all the information I need up front so when the movers come I wouldnt be blindsided. However, he did not and it made the move a horrible experience. The salesman did not let me know what items on my inventory would not be convered with the move. Nor did they inform me that the mover they contracted to does not believe in walking back and forth to get paintings so they HAVE to be in a box or he wouldnt take them. When the movers hit me with all of this and I contacted "customer service" to ask what i could do to insure the items. She gave me a number to a company that was closed. When I called back, I got another "customer Service" employee and he told (very matter of fact) they were only open monday thru friday. (why would you give someone a number to call if you knew the company is closed) He was very rude and not helpful at all. When I asked why I was not offered extra insurance for items they knew would not be covered he said, '95% of people turn down the extra insurance!" I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Actually I have already told people to not use them and will tell more!
