HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!! They took $100 from me for a "Deposit" and the movers never showed up. I called at 2pm, AN HOUR after my 10 to 1 window to tell them I needed to cancel because I had to get back to work and I wanted my deposit back. They said the called me the day before to confirm but I never received a call and to verify I checked through my missed call list and nothing from anyone. Besides I have my phone with me all of the time so there is no way I could have missed a call. Regardless, they should have returned my money because I never received any services. They refused to return my money and dug their heels in when I demanded my money back telling me that they dont return deposits for any reason. This company are at the bottom of the barrel for customer service and I will tell everyone I know to avoid these scam artists like the plague. DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS MOVING!
