Horrible experience - Moving Review

All in one moving started out with great customer service. But once they had my furniture and belongings I realized I should have rented a haul and done this myself. The delivery was scheduled for Friday Saturday OR Sunday in Miami. They called me on Wednesday night and told me it was being delivered tomorrow. I was 4 hours away in Orlando on a work night. When I called the office they told me to work it out with the driver. I asked if the driver even knew that we needed a shuttle and I was assured that, yes, everything was taken care of. I called the (outsourced) driver and he had no clue we needed a shuttle since our new apt did not have room for an 18 wheeler. The driver asked me (while I was still in Orlando) if I could rent a Uhaul myself!!! When I said absolutely not- as that was what I was paying you 2k for- he finally decided to coordinate it himself. The delivery was 3 hours late and they did not reassemble any of my furniture which wAs included in my contract. NOTHING. I came home to a dining room table, tv stand, and bed in a thousand pieces. They said there was nothing they could do to reimburse any of the 2,200 I had spent. All in one moving is not worth a penny of your money.
