Horrible Experience! - Moving Review

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company!  First, they are not an actual moving company.  They are brokers that attempt to ‘broker’ your move for a random price they just make up. However, if they cannot broker the deal, they will just leave you hanging without so much as an apology!  We booked a move with them more than 3 weeks in advance.  Two days before our Monday move, on a Saturday around 2pm, they called to tell us they can’t find a driver!  So, we should probably make other plans!  We were moving 2000 miles across country!  My car had already been shipped and my airline tickets already purchased so we could not change the move date! And they gave us less than 48 hours, on a weekend, during moving season, to find new movers!  Of course, since we were in a pinch, we got a quote that was almost 3 times the price Mango quoted!  And ultimately, we had to pay almost $10,000 to move instead of the $3,500 mango quoted!  They are a horrible, irresponsible, unethical business that does not care about leaving a customer in the lurch, even if you have done everything they asked, including paying almost the entire amount quoted in advance! DO NOT USE THEM!
