Horrible Experience - Moving Review

Biggest problem is this company states to be very reputable and I lost a lot of things in this move.  Things were broken, brand new desk in box was never received as well as a lot of clothing, shoes and other various household items.  Quite a few boxes never made it to me.  Movers were inconsiderate, lazy and the company people out of office are pretty much the same way. Very inconsiderate.  All in all I lost approximately $1000.00 worth of personal items, spent an additional $400 on having to rent u-haul, additional movers to move my things in after another moving company delivered my things, could not fit truck into complex and made me rent u-haul and do it myself or they would do it for an additional $300 any distance of walking things into apartment.  They gave me back in a settlement of $244.00.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE VERY DISREPUTABLE AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS YOU WILL SEARCH FURTHER AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK.  THIS COMPANY OPERATES OUT OF CHICAGO, ILL AND DOES NOT TELL YOU THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL TRUCKS.  THEY LEASE TRUCKS AND DRIVERS AND BELIEVE YOU WILL PAY!!!
