Horrible experience-do not use-report to Better Business Bureau - Moving Review

I used this company to transport my car from Texas to Pennsylvania. It was recommended by "the moving squad" who i was using to move my furniture. They apparently have offices in the same building. The car driver was nice upfront at pickup. marked some car scratches on the paper and said it was in "great condition". Never answered his phone about the time of delivery. finally calls at 9:45pm and says he's here to deliver it. I got it in the dark at 10:15pm on the street, the driver was a big bully. I am a girl by myself picking the car up at night on the street where i have to pay him cash, and i did, I paid him the rest of the 1170 which was $800. I then saw that he had broken my rear bumper and taped it with a brown tape! as well it was broken in 3 places like if something drove into it or if it backed up into a metal thing. I asked him to write it on the paper so i can claim it, and he refused and was very threatening and i was scared and called 911 and he got in his towe truck to flee the scnene. i took pictures of the car and managed to take a picture of him next to it for evidence. then i called the company repeatedly and they were extremely unhelpful and then stopped answering. they say they work with a 3rd person but the number they gave me never got answered. then they gave me the number of the driver!!!! by the way the driver's name is lawal and his phone number is 832 322 5106. Beware if you get him. I have just reported this to the Better Business Bureau which is what everyone should do so it will show up on their record. I don't know if i will get anything from it but i'm doing what i can to warn others. it's not even that cheap! maybe 200$ cheaper than other companies. Not worth it at all.
