This experience has been hell. The company was 18 hours late in pickup. They told me they would be 2 hours late and then stopped taking my calls. I desperately searched for alternate modes of moving but understandably it was too late to get another moved esp when I had to be out of an apt by the same day so another tenant could move in.
The quote was not accurate and when the truck arrived it was full (at 12am). So they talked about getting another truck but figured they could fit everything.
Drop off was equally as frustrating. They kept moving the drop off date and when I complained to the boss they told me that they could hold my items up to 30 days without penalty and before I could take legal action. This is the worst experience. Plus upon delivery the driver (same one who picked it up) had the nerve to ask ME for a tip.
