Horrible experience with Allied! - Moving Review

I cannot recommend Allied at all! The rep. who came to my home gave a written guarantee of services but when the problems with delivery started, he was no where to be found!
The move of the furniture was to be delivered on a weekday between 2-4pm. The day was changed to a day later, same time. But that didn't happen. When I was finally able to call the driver at 4, after a maze of calls to the Allied office in NY, he was in Georgia, HOURS away, with a delivery to make before mine. After tracking it for hours, my furniture was delivered at 2 AM!!! I was exhausted!

When I called Allied to discuss this, I spoke with secretaries that fielded calls away from the sale rep. that had given me the guaranteed delivery. I left him a message. He never called me back.

Allied provided very poor customer service. It was very stressful to move, and unfortunately this company made it worse. I have a large move coming up in a month, and clearly will NOT use Allied.
