HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - Moving Review

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. They appear to be a reputable company at first but once you pay the deposit the nightmare begin. Keisha,Louis and anyone else at the Pompano Beach Fl location should be put in jail for the misleading information that is provided. The company is a broker for other movers or pretend movers I should say. Neighbors get a customer by offering a reasonable moving rate and once the actula movers get there the price can increase by 150%. They tried to charge extra for pakcing up a childs wagon and two items in storage bags. $28 dollars per box what a laugh when everything else was all packed and waiting at the door for loading on the truck which was never weighed but somehow a visual look told the driver the load was 1000 lbs over weight. Really how can that be determined unless all of a sudden movers have special agent weighing scopes in their shoes that scan the room. How ridiculous!!!!!Of course no rep from neighbors can be reached at that point. It is just bounce, bounce around with customer service. The movers are from another location with some random rented truck from anywhere. The movers I was contracted out to were several hours late with not so much as a phone call until I kept calling back asking where the heck they were. And when I was expecting the delivery of my ites 6 days later the movers were supposed to arrive between 10 to 12 and didn't show up until 6 PM. No excuse for such service after the amount that is expected to be paid once the items come. And the jerk actually thought he would get the remainder just because he showed up at the door and hadn't unloaded a single box. GO ELSEWHERE and steer anyone you know needing to move away from this company.
