Horrible Moving Experience - Moving Review

Silverback Moving Company is appalling and despicable. Their business practices are unprofessional and cowardly. The movers arrived over one hour late, and were clearly inexperienced. The dropped our boxes, damaged our mattress, and broke our dishes. The owner took no responsibility for this, nor did he hold his movers accountable for their negligence. The owner, Cameron, is completely unprofessional and ignores phone calls and emails to avoid conflict. The staff at Silverback Moving gives conflicting and misleading info regarding their business practices and policies. This company shouldn't even be in business. Stay far away from this company!
