We purchased the maximum insurance so we would not have problems with having damage repaired or rectified. When we selected Allied we were told they would fix any problems. There was damage to our new home but we were told we had signed a form saying there was no residential damage. The driver asked us to sign a form stating only we had received all of our goods. The representative was very difficult to reach and rude. She was extremely slow and incomplete in handling our claim.
