Inefficient, unprofessional, can't pack - Moving Review

Told them up front I wanted all furniture shrink-wrapped. Given an estimate of 1.5-2 hrs. They showed up w/ foam that had to be taped together & old tape that kept breaking. Took them twice as long to cover furniture w/ shoddy materials. Was waiting on additional boxes (yes, they did supply some but I underestimated) that they put off giving me until move day; then I still didn't get them. Packing of storage unit horrendous! Table put at back of storage with nothing else on it. Other tall furniture placed in front. Stuff not kept together (cushions to chairs one place & chairs somewhere else). Not all furniture even got wrapped. Charged me over twice as much as estimate. Was supposed to have Visa availability by time of move & didn't. Never discussed that personal check wouldn't be accepted, so in addition to overcharging me, I had to go to bank & w/draw cash. After trying to get in touch w/ them on Sunday about meeting me w/ boxes, I sent text  saying that I hoped that since they had gotten their money that they weren't done; I wouldn't have expected it, but was starting to feel that way. Received a call on Sun from Brian who kept asking me if I wanted to see a doctor's note because they had been in emergency room (which turned out to be Sat). He was already defensive; told me it was pitiful if I couldn't afford to by my own boxes & they had other customers than just me. When I tired of him talking over me, I told him I wasn't going to argue with him, he told me he wasn't going to argue w/ me either, said "Fuck you" and hung up on me. Unprofessional to say the least, inefficient and I have no place in the storage unit to put anything else due to the poor packing of the unit.
