Please don't use this company unless you want to have nervous breakdown like me. They lied about everything. They were late to pick up my belongings. The drivers are from Cuba and they don't speak English at all.they destroyed my neighbor's yard. Police came due to my neighbor's complain and the drivers had invalid driver's license.
It has been 23 days from our pick date and we had no idea whatsoever where the truck and our merchants are utill today which Ricardo (manager) called and said we need to pay extra $8700 for our stuff. They are claiming the weight is 13000lbs which is totally not true. After 23 days they don't even give me my stuff unless I pay them $8700.Not to mention that Ginger the saleswomen was disapeared for 1 week. I have a 6 month old baby which I was breastfeeding untill I had to deal with these people and due to stress my milk dried up. I can't afford it and I will report them to BBB, AG office and DOT.
