La Movers - Moving Review

The movers weren't bad however to load boxes they carried them by hand an placed them beside the truck. Instead of using the huge dollys the had an instead of just loading them they placed them in the grass to me this took much more time than neccessary it seemed very unprofessional to say the least. William is the owner an I had the privilage of being screamed at an spoken to in ways I never dreamed possible from a business owner. I was told I could pay with a check to only have him contact his employees an demand cash. Also from what I gather this company has changed names several times per employees mouth. I was warned of this prior however I thought it best to ask an not believe hear say an this William character assured me that info was false so I trusted in his word to only find out by his own employee it was true. He would not let them unload until we went an got the cash. So this took aprox 45 min. He was extremly hostile an unprofessional. I would strongly urge noone use this company. I will be complaining to the BBB. Only use movers that are BBB accredited I wish I would have followed suit. Moving is stressful enough noone needs an unprofessional business owner screaming an using foul language at them.
