David called me on the morning of the move and informed me that their truck had a breakdown and he would not be able pick-up until 2 or 3 days later. I had to cancel the move with national and get another mover immediately at a higher cost. I had pauid $300 to National as an advance a few days earlier. I asked David for a refund which he agreed to. It has been almost 60 days since the advance was paid. I have not received my refund either as a credit to my charge card nor as a check that was promised. When I tried calling the company,l I was directed to another Jonathan who was loathful, foul mouthed and disrespectful. I am now suing the company in small claims court
