LATE -LIARS- CROOKS - Moving Review

I was moving my daughter home after 5 years of living 2300 miles away from home so I wanted to make sure that 1. she was safe and that there were no issues with employees. 2. That the items that she had worked so hard for would make it here in one piece. I looked for movers for a month and came accross a company that I thought was a win win situation. They were in California for one it seemed as every company I called was either in New York or Florida. Forrest gave me the estimate saying she had well under what they called the minimum. Scheduled pick up for Monday July 26th on the Thursday prior I get a call asking if it was ok if they picked up Wednesday the 28th instead? Of course I say no problem as my daughter wouldn't be flying out til August 11th. On Wed. I get a call from the driver confirming my Thursday pick up. Thursday? I say I thought Wed. Oh no he says I'm in Illinos on Wed. be there Thursday @ 9am. 9am comes and goes at 9:30 my daughter calls they were not there yet. I called the driver. We are leaving now be there by 5pm, at 5:30 my daughter calls them and gets oh we will be there between 9 - 9:30 tonight. She calls in tears I call him and say I dont want you in my daughters apt at night she doesn't know you and at that hour she's alone. So arrival now delayed to Saturday 7am. They arrive, it's a miracle. Delivery set for Friday August 13th 1 week before my son comes home on R & R from Afghanistan perfect she can unpack the house will be ready as we are also have a celebration and 200 of our closest friends and family are expected at our home. My daughter decided she wants to come home earlier so she arrived on the 5th. I called Forrest and let him know that anytime after the 6th would be great but still the 13th was fine. We get a call on the 10th that delivery won't happen til the 19th after she blew her top and stopped crying I want this to be perfect for my brother and all of the family how can I do that in 1 day? On the 19th @ 8am they arrive I live on a ranch which was made very clear. We have a dirt road leading to our house ALL EXPLAINED IN DETAIL... The delivery was suppose to be in a box truck so there were no issues. As a huge 18 wheeler pulls in can't make the turn at the barn and now they want an additional 247.00 after they supposible gave me a huge discount for the hassles. My original balance was $500. They refuse to get her stuff out of the truck until cash was in hand calling the office no answer calling Lisa the supervisor,no answer. An hour and a half stand off still no answer my husband caves and gives them the additional 247.00. But now to avoid an additional $500 we havd to unload put in our pick up and unload again all which was supposed to be included. We now know why they were so late on their delivery because each client has this stand off some longer than others and a Monday job now happens the following Wednesday. They are con-artist, they are crooks they are liars. Discusting lying perverts as they try to hit on my daughter they are lucky I didn't call the police. CARMA - CARMA will get them guaranteed!!
