Liars and Thieves!!!!!! - Moving Review

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I will start by saying they made promises, and even put everything in writing, saying we could follow them to our destination so we could unload our beds for a place to sleep our first night in our new home. The driver of the truck called at 9 pm stating he would see us at 8 am the next morning. I called American Knights and they again said they would make sure the driver would be there. He never arrived. I was searching for a walmart at 10 pm with my 3 young boys so we could by sleeping bags and pillows to sleep that evening. Our stuff arrived the next morning. The movers lost the screws to our custom bed and acted as if it was no big deal even though this meant we would be sleeping on the floor. This was 2 months ago and still nobody can find proper screws for our bed. We are going to have to purchase a new one do to their carelessness. We also discovered that nearly 50 DVD's were stolen. The movers took the time to take the DVD's out of the case and leave us the covers so we wouldn't discover they stole anything until much later. The driver was rude to the movers and us throughout. He was ignorant. Coming from a family that moves at least once a year I say that using American Knights Moving was our worst moving experience ever. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone to stay away from them.
