long move - Moving Review

Paid for my son,his wife and my granddaughter to move from Ca. to La. was given a price of 2700.00. I paid 150.00 to hold spot on truck/ Talked to salesman Brian couple days before they showed up i told him i was paying with money order he said the half would be 1300.00 the day they loaded the hindu guy in charge of moving added another 515.00 for moving materials that i was not aware of. they told me the stuff would be there in 10 days it was not it took 12 days. Then they get to my son s in La. and the same hindu guy tells my son he can t get his truck down the street so we would have to pay another 800.00 to have them carry the items to the house. Which my estimate ststed "from door to door break down and set back up" they lied. So we could not afford another 800.00 so they left my son s belongings down the street in the front yard of a neighbor. There is missing items and my son s 46 in. tv does not work now. Very rude hindu guy very poor customer service they do not return phone calls and marissa has no clue on anything. Plus my son paid the remaing balance of 1900.00 before the items were left on the lawn. He asked the hindu for a discount since they were not taking the things to the house and was told NO. poor poor service all the way around.
