Paid for packing, everything was just shoved in. When I opened my boxes, the glass and statues was not even prepared for packing, my sons gifts to me, BROKEN.
My furniture had holes in the back, the bottom of one set was broken. My headboard broken in half, this was a solid wood piece and cannot be replaced.
The "NO SERVICE" EXTRODINARILY RUDE, never calls back. I received other peoples boxes, and they did NOTHING! I STILL HAVE THE OTHER PEOPLES MOVING BOXES. UNEXPECTED COSTS, never detailed, never told anything, except as it happened. The TIP was told up front 15%, BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED TO "SO CALLED PACK".
And ALL IS DONE IN CASH.
YOU USE, USE LOSE!
The FTC needs to look into these people.
