THIS MOVE WAS A NIGHTMARE. As a business professional I have moved many times. This move was the absolute worse. The driver had no clue as to what he was doing. The "quote" came in low and then when they arrived at the house on moving day, they did a survey and OPPS...the price doubled! I had NO FURNITURE. It was all boxes and household appliances. After we settled on that; many things were damaged when it arrived. My family had to HELP unload the truck because the driver was so lost...WHAT A MESS. Soooo....I thought ok...we will just place a claim and call it a day. The claim process was so OVERWHELMING I will not file. Which is probably what they are hoping for. 3 quotes for each repairs...pictures...scanned documents....item numbers...ect...all they have to do is send an adjustor out! Who has time for that?? WOW. All in all, I have lost about $2000 in this move. DON'T USE THESE FOLKS AND FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR DETAILS!
