Mayflower - Daryl Flood - Moving Review

I've recently moved from California to Austin, TX and had hired Mayflower (the national company) to do the job.  Daryl Flood is the actual moving partner who executed the contract. My experience was EXCELLENT with both companies, especially my driver Terry M at Daryl Flood.  He contacted me 2 days in advanced of when he will be picking up, showed up right on dot the day of pick up and 15mins early delivery day.   Communication and professionalism from Terry is more than expected from movers. He's been in the business for 37 years, knew exactly what he was talking about, really cared about US as customers, packed our stuff safely, loaded and unloaded very quickly (~2hrs for a studio).  
Surprisingly nothing came broken (that we can see so far) as they unloaded.  Some dirty and crumbled old boxes from previous move but to have them move nearly 180 boxes.  That is remarkable! 
Brian Peterson (@Mayflower) came to our storage to give an estimate, he was very quick and efficient.  DId not pressure us into booking with him and even told us to shop around.  He was right, their prices was the best compared to other companies. Professionalism is exactly what we expected, especially when your entire livlihood is in their hands.  Other companies I spoken to seemed to throw numbers at a dart board, Brian actually had a science behind it.  After reading so many terrible reviews of moving companies, we were so fortunate to have booked with Mayflower and Daryl Flood.  I will be requesting these guys again without a doubt when my parents move here.  Make SURE you ask for Terry M (@Daryl Flood) as your driver.  Unless you're in the Bay Area, CA, you will not get Brian but hopefully their other agents are just as competent.
