I recently used Mayflower's services to move from NYC to Austin, and let me tell you, it was the WORST experience of my life. I had paid A LOT of EXTRA MONEY to get my belongings to Austin on August 4th, which i signed a guaranteed contract, and it did not show up. When it didn't show up, I called into Mayflower, and they told me the earliest it would get there is August 11th. When were they planning on letting me know this? Why did I have to call them? I was out of town until August 15th, so clearly that would not work, and they told me I would have to PAY EXTRA FOR STORAGE UNTIL THE 15TH!!!!!!! What kind of company breaks guarantees and gouges their customers for extra money like this? A guarantee means GUARANTEED, 100%, so I'm pretty sure Mayflower has no idea what a guarantee is they just use the word to dupe customers. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH MY MAYFLOWER EXPERIENCE AND I RECOMMEND YOU GO WITH ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
