Mayflower- Stolen Items - Moving Review

Contracted them to move from Colorado to Kentucky. We purchased all the damage insurance from them. They packed everything. They showed up late to load and their appearance wasnt the best. The driver said he was going to another drop off before us and that he was laying over at his home for the weekend. They got there a few days late then discovered they needed a shuttle truck as they couldnt get the semi down my lane. I e-mailed them a picture off of google earth and told them they couldnt get down the lane with a semi. They put most of the stuff in the garage, so over the next 3 days we brought it in and unpacked it. That is when we discovered a few items broken and quite a few missing. We filled out an insurance claim and they are telling us that they never loaded them items. They also said we were over on our weight. The items that they say never got loaded one was a new power washer. Its funny how it didnt make it but the spray nozzels that store on the washer cart were in a box. We also lost a T.V. but the remote was in a box. We also lost some wall decor. They claim the weight of the move is 9500 lbs. There were 4 big items only 2 queen beds and frames and 2 couches. There were 86 boxes of kitchen and decorations, as in some boxes they put 1 item. If you do the math we had 96 items which means they had to average 98lbs per item. If I ever move again it will be done by me and UHaul. Stay away from Mayflower
