Missing or Stolen Items - Moving Review

A real horror story, moving from HI to TX. dba Hawaiian Van Lines. Late arriving to pack up, used a U-Haul because their truck had broken down. Slow to ship and deliver, conflicting estimates, shoddy documentation, long list of missing belongings including my most valuable possessions, no serious attempt to locate missing belongings. Fragile items not well packed, arrived broken, unbreakable items packed in bubble wrap. Not responsive to phone calls. Callous and careless. I am heartsick at the thought of my possessions having been stolen, having been shipped to the wrong address, or worst of all, ending up in a landfill somewhere. The stress has been unbelievable and my nightmare hasn't ended yet.
