We hired Fidelity Moving Group - 84 Dekalb Ave in Jersey City, we were scheduled to move 8/31/12 with contract in hand. Then the moving truck arrived late the movers doubled the amount of the original estimate. I called the movers a week in advance to let them know that I sold all my kitchen appliances but in it's place I had an additional 25 totes. I was told it wouldn't be more money it would most likely be less. They lied all the way around stating the were BBB Accredited which their not and the moving crew was very unprofessional. I was told they would pack my Plasma TV's free of charge, LIES!!!! So needless to say our move has been delayed.
