The worst company I have ever delt with. little to no customer relations, they hove no idea what they are doing. My first delivery date was March 25,2011 last delivery date was April 5,2011 received goods on April 18,2011. customer service did not know where our furniture was until they found it in houston where it was take the same day as pickup. Have file a lost or stolen claim via mail, e-mail, and fax and have neard nothing in 10 months, unable to contact by phone, automated systems sends me to message recording.

Your posting has been reviewed by our team at United States Van Lines and your account was located. We regret to hear of your unpleasant experience with our services provided for your relocation. We know we cannot change the experience, however we would appreciate the opportunity to rectify your issues and concerns and determine mutual resolution.
As the nature of the business is one that is vulnerable and prone to delay occurrences, estimated windows for pick up and delivery are provided. Confirmed dates are determined 24-48 hours prior to pick up or delivery, by the driver's route and schedule which is prone to alteration at any given time. We regret that we were unable to deliver your goods according to the estimated windows supplied.
As it concerns the damaged/missing property, we strongly encourage our customers to file a claim. There is no indication of a submitted claim, therefore we urge you to commence this process as we can use this a stepping stone in the direction of resolution. Necessary documentation has been sent to be completed and needs to be returned in order to expedite this process.
United States Van Lines apologizes for the delays occurring in delivery of your household goods as well as the losses incurred and the frustrations and inconveniences caused in duration of your relocation.
