My amazement!!! - Moving Review

June 5, 2012 I was anxious and based on past experienes with other companies not very hopeful that all would go well. I can honestly say I was impressed from the moment the driver {Felix} and his assistant [I don't remember his name], arrived. They were on time and courteous and extremely professional. I stood back in awe and watched them pain stakenly take their time with each item, wraping our belongs as if they were theirs. I am sure we were not their only customers of the day but you have never known it watching the patience and care they showed with our furniture. From beginning to end they exemplified what it looks like when someone has a sense of pride in how they do their job. They were extremely patient with my wife as she directed them as to how she wanted things placed. Never showing signs of frustration and impoliteness. If asking her if she was sure and if she wanted items placed differently. I am not impressed easily but I can truly say I was was amazed and satisfied with their work and the customer service from the very beginning, starting with the office and ending with the gentlemen mentioned above. I would recommend them to anyone and obviously if I ever find myself needing this type of service again StarCity Moving is who will get the calls. I tip generously when I am pleased with any type of service, they deserved every penny and more.
