MY WORST MOVE EVER - Moving Review

We are experienced movers, having moved around the world several times.

These are the most unprofessional, unresponsive group of people we have ever seen. The managers kept talking to the driver instead of calling me back as they promised. They broke valuable fragile antiques and art, and when trying to process the claim there was only 1 person who deals with claims - but he was on holiday.

This move was the MOST expensive we have had, and the quality of their office service was just appalling. I'm without words to express the feeling of utter carelessness. Once you give them the check you are on your own. They will put you on hold to avoid talking with you.

Once you see how they treat their employees it all becomes clear. The office manager suggested us as his solution for the delivery people to work until midnight (having started at 7am) to finish the job instead of paying extra for them to come one extra day as we had asked / paid for.

If you don't care about your things and have money and time to waste, this is your company.
