Negative Stars!!! - Moving Review

If you find Smart Move (Yonkers, NY) do not even consider then for one minute... RUN - as fast as you can!!!

I have moved several times and this is the worst I have ever seen!

Others have seen the condition of my items and they have cried with me.
There is not one piece of furniture that is not scratched, chipped or broken! Every box have at least one broken item. They were supposed to be helping with the packing but instead just tossed items without wrapping or used other inappropriate items to wrap. Nothing is labeled - I do not think that they know the word "fragile". Nothing was shrink wrapped or protected either.
My bedroom mirror was covered with cardboard - clearly to hide the fact that they smashed the mirror and only left the frame - that is sick!

Items especially brand new ones are missing/stolen (I'm sure to sell - why aren't old ones gone and new ones here)! Maybe because they figure they can make more money selling off the new ones!

They refuse to facilitate the mandatory insurance!

They are rude and inappropriate...
I can keep going but why... I think you get the point not to use them!
