NEIGHBORS MOVING & STORAGE IS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! This is the first time I've used a moving company for a long distance move, and I will NEVER move this way again. The communication and organization within this company is absolutely terrible. If you book with this company, they will be booking another company that will actually move your stuff. So, you will be dealing with two different companies, not one, and they both will tell you different things. I really wish I would have taken a look as some of these reviews before I decided to use this company. My things weren't picked up on time, they weren't delivered on time, I was overcharged, the people I spoke with at this company were rude, lied and not helpful, and the list can go on and on. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A MAJOR HEADACHE!
