NEVE SHOWED UP! RUDE! UNRELIABLE! - Moving Review

 DISGUSTING! DON'T BOOK THEM! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!We booked them 2 weeks in advance to move from Pennsylvania to Georgia, and they charged us about $500 for a deposit. They were supposed to show up on Saturday at 3 pm; they didn't. They didn't show up and they didn't call. We tried calling them they keep telling me they will call back but they didn't. On Saturday they closed the office till Monday. On Sunday I reached a sales rep who was rude and told me that there was no one to help me and hang up. Finally, I reached a voice mail of a coordinator Vans Johnston that gave me his email and his cell phone. I called him and he picked up. He told me he will call me back within 30 min but up till this time I'm waiting for somebody to call me back. Arthur who was supposed to arrange the move told me that he didn't arrange anything and transferred me to Seth, Seth transferred me to the voice mail. IN GENERAL THEY EITHER HANG UP OR SENT ME TO THE VOICE MAIL. Come Monday they told me they were sending a driver and they will call me back within 60 min to confirm. Sixty minutes passed I haven't heard from anybody. At that point I said I need my money back. It was another 2 hour battle to reach anybody who can help. After I spend 4 hours on the phone they processed a refund. The only person who apologized was a customer service person Sacha. Everybody else wasrude and not helpful. I got my refund, but my plans were already messed up. I had to get a flight for me and my son, and my husband had to drive to Georgia earlier to be there on time for the job. I ended up spending extra money for the whole move. I found another company and they have pretty good reviews. They are coming tomorrow at 8 am. Fingers crossed.
