I was initially impressed with this company because they offered a set pick-up and delivery date, and stated they did not employ outside movers. They were friendly until they received the deposit.
As the move got closer, I called several times to find out exact times so I could arrange to be home. They never called back, then did not show up at all. When I called them, they said someone was on the way, and would be there as soon as they could. I asked if they could be more specific, and she just kept saying "soon." Well, 3 days later ONE man in a semi, 18 wheeler showed up, said he couldn't fit his truck down my street, and left. He said he was calling to schedule a smaller truck to come, but he did not. By this time, I had already moved and had to leave my things behind. After more than 10 phone calls a day, for two days, I was still told "they were working on it." It got to the point where new tenents were moving into the house the next day and my stuff had to go, and they still could not even give me a ball park of when a truck might come. Everytime I asked for a supervisor, I was told they were all busy and could not help me. Finally I told them if they couldn't get me a truck in 2 hours, I would have to find another solution. Latoya confirmed that no truck was coming, and said I would get my money back due to them cancelling the order. It has been 10 days since then, and still no money. When I call, they send me to the claims department, where no one has answered yet, and I have not gotten a call back since.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
