I have never seen such a poorly run organization. My pick up took 16 hours to load 6,600 lbs - 90% of which was already boxed. They were supposed to pack the china and the kitchen but at 11:00 PM I just did it myself because otherwise we weren't I had to load half of the goods to get it done in this amount of time. They scraped furniture down the walls and refused to accept responsibility. I was given a bill of lading at 1:35 AM and asked to sign it. I am not an attorney, but this was very shady. They refused to start moving before I signed it. On delivery, they were late again (4 hours). We had a maximum 6 hours to unload by the time they got there. The service rep told us it should take no more than 4-5 hours to unload the truck. We called to ask for additional labor to unload the truck. The company refused so me, my 60 year old mother and father, brother, and 57 year old in-laws unloaded the truck. We moved over 75% of the truck and the "professionals" unloaded 25%. In the end, with the additional helpers, it took us 6 horus to unload the truck. When I called customer service after the move, Teheria x235 offered me $50 for the inconvenience and to pay my labor. I dont think so. Do yourself a favor and call a well known, reputable van line.
