This is the worst company I have ever used and I move quite often and have used most of the companies out there. I contacted Grabel on November 5, 2010 to get my move started. This was 6 weeks before my household goods pick-up was scheduled on December 17th. I called them on the 16th of December and of course they did not have a driver, truck or anything else lined up for my pick-up time frame. They sent one of their local trucks to get my household goods and take it back to their warehouse where it has set for two weeks. My delivery date was set (in November.... I might add) to be between December 29th and January 2nd. I was informed this evening that they still do not have my household goods on a truck although a rep from Grabel told me on Monday that they were to be loaded and on the way today the 29th. She then proceeded to give me the same song and dance that I have gotten every time I called Grabel asking about the status of my household goods....."Your household goods will be loaded tomorrow." I have told them over and over that I had to have my household goods during the delivery dates set because I start my new job that Monday and cannot take time off from work. Of course they do not think they should give me a discount for being late. But they are truly incompetent and incompetence costs!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a horrible incompetent company that you should never use..........for any reason........ever.
