No Show - Moving Review

I received a moving quote from ProMovers (US DOT: 1785176, MC 65069, Registration # 1785176, Reference No: P0511335) out of Norcross, GA on   I arrived at the location where the company was supposed to pick up my shipment and drive it to Miami, Florida.  The company never came to pick up my merchandise and did not answer my calls during the time they were to come to my old location.  I incurred traveling expenses, I had to make special arrangements for my special needs son and I lost time from work. In addition, my old apartment complex scheduled my move out date for March 21, 2012.  If I don’t have any legal recourse or a way to recoup my loses, I would like to have the company on record with the public as not honoring the services they advertise.  Money was not exchanged because after they did not show up on Friday, March 16 or Saturday, March 17, or Sunday, March 18 or Monday, March 19 or Tuesday, March 20, I put a freeze on my credit card account.  However, at the time of the “scheduled” pick-up, ProMovers had access to my credit card account and funds for pick up.  This transaction or lack thereof, costs me time, loss of income and loss of moving expenses.  I am now liable with Weinstein Properties for not vacating my apartment.  In addition, Adam was very rude and unprofessional, Gina and Amanda started out very helpful but after the "no show" they were "no shows and no phone calls" in response to the breach of services. I wish I had of read the reviews....I have contacted the Mayor of Atlanta, Clark Howard, the BBB, the US Department of Transportation, the US Commerce Department (Office of the Inspector General) concerning this travesty of a business entity.  They should lose their business license; I believe the old saying...you reap what you sow and this company and all those who represent it will be help accountable to someone.
