No Show for Estimation - Moving Review

I scheduled a time for an estimator to come to my house. I was given a time and date. The agent also told me to re-confirm the appointment a few days before the scheduled date. I did exactly that. They informed me that I was confirmed for the time and date we had agreed upon.
When the date arrived...no one showed up. I called the office. One person told me I was not in their system. Another person said I was in the system and apologized for the no-show.
I cancelled all further action with Mayflower. If they cannot keep a date for an inspection of the furniture and give an estimation, I can only imagine what might have happened had I scheduled a move.
DO NOT USE MAYFLOWER.
