Once they have your credit card you will never hear from them. Every promis they made was broken, and they never showed on move day. The driver did call at 9 PM on move day and let me know he could come by at 2:00 am. Lucky for them I put down an $800 non refundabul deposit, so it really didn't matter much to them.
