Not careful with furniture and boxes - Moving Review

We arranged for packing and shipping. The driver was not careful with collectables and furniture. He dropped a nightstand and we found various small dents and scratches on furniture. They were in such a hurry to leave they didn't even touch anything up. He spent a lot of time trying to arrange the next pick-up, so it was really slow.

Upon arrival, they showed us a dish box of the most important collectables that had been dropped and also dented on the top. The top items were not damaged but when we got further down several items were broken including a tempered glass tabletop and antique bowl that was smashed. Not enough to claim with our deductible.

The good side is that they arrived on schedule and dropped our items off in the early part of the delivery window.
